Delivery Terms and Conditions

GAME TABLE DELIVERY IN THE EUROPEAN UNION:

Delivery: from 7 to 14 business days (Monday to Friday).
Rate: Free
Appointment scheduling: All deliveries are scheduled in advance.
Number of delivery persons: 1 person
Delivery date: The carrier will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery day. Please note that the crates weigh over 100kg and requires assistance to handle and transport the item or its parts to your home.
Not included in the service: Installation, assembly, upstairs delivery...

Geographical Exclusion: We are unable to carry out deliveries to the outermost regions of the EU. Açores, Madeira, Canarias and French DROM. Please contact us for specific deliveries to these regions which might incur extra cost. For remote and mountain resorts and locations that are difficult to access by truck specific restrictions might also apply.

Package Inspection: Despite reinforced packaging, due to their size, our products are sensitive to impacts during transport. It is imperative to check the condition of the table by opening the package, especially the playing surfaces and the frames.

Perform the inspection even if the driver claims to be in a hurry and even if the outside of the box appears to be in good condition. Do not write "subject to unpacking", this mention no longer has any legal value. Without specific reservations on the carrier's receipt, no claim will be possible
