Standard Delivery:

• This delivery is carried out via a standard freight transport service.
• Delivery time: 5 to 10 days for Mainland France (2 to 3 weeks for Corsica) and 7 to 14 days within the European Union.
• Delivery date: A delivery date may be specified; however, it cannot be guaranteed, as compliance depends on the carrier's delivery schedule. We recommend providing the recipient’s phone number, as some carriers may call in advance to arrange a delivery appointment.
• Delivery from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays : Freight carriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
• The driver: The driver will arrive alone. Please be prepared to assist with unloading the package.
• Not included in the service: Installation, assembly, delivery upstairs, etc.
• Package inspection: Despite reinforced packaging, our products are sensitive to impacts during transportation. You must carefully inspect the table by opening the package, paying particular attention to the playing surfaces and frames. Carry out this inspection even if the driver is in a hurry and even if the exterior of the carton appears to be in good condition. Do not write "subject to unpacking" on the delivery note, as this statement has no legal value. Without precise reservations noted on the carrier’s delivery slip, no claim can be accepted.

Premium Delivery (France only):

• This delivery is carried out by a specialized two-person service, including installation in the room of your choice.
• Delivery time: 8 to 15 business days.

• Delivery date: The carrier will contact the recipient to arrange a delivery date. A delivery time slot will be confirmed within a 3-hour window the day before delivery via SMS. The recipient will also be able to track the package in real time on the day of delivery.

• Delivery from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Express Delivery (France only) :

• Delivery time: 3 to 5 BUSINESS DAYS, available in France only

• Number of delivery personnel: 1 person
• Delivery date: Depending on the time your order is placed, it will be shipped the same day or the following day. Delivery will therefore take place within 3 to 5 business days depending on the destination. Please note that the driver will be alone and assistance will be required to unload the package.

If you place an order on the website on a Monday, it will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday and delivered between Wednesday and Friday.

• Saturday or Sunday delivery: Freight carriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
• Not included in the service: Installation, assembly, delivery upstairs, etc. This delivery option is not available if you use a coupon that includes free shipping. Your table is delivered fully assembled.

Accessory Delivery via So Colissimo:

• Delivery time: 2 to 5 days to your home or a participating retailer.
• Price: Free for orders over €50
• Appointment scheduling: No
• Number of delivery personnel: 1 person
• Home delivery: Your order will be shipped via Colissimo. Transit time is 48 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Delivery to a local retailer: With Colissimo, you can choose from a wide network of participating retailers near your home, workplace, or holiday destination. You will be notified by email when your package is available and may collect it within 10 business days.
• Home delivery by appointment: As soon as your package is ready for delivery, you will receive an email and SMS notification. You can then choose the most convenient delivery time slot from Monday to Friday: 5:00–6:30 PM, 6:30–8:00 PM, or 8:00–9:30 PM. You may also reschedule delivery to another day within 10 business days.
• Delivery to a post office: With Colissimo, you can now choose the post office where you would like your package delivered (without a prior delivery attempt at your home). You will be notified by SMS and email when your package is available, along with collection details allowing you to pick it up within 10 business days.
