Our Warranties
All CORNILLEAU brand items are guaranteed as follows:
The warranty begins on the day of purchase of your product. It is limited to the supply of parts recognized as defective by
our services, and does not apply to damage generally caused by:
● Normal and natural wear and tear of parts
● Abnormal use of the product, other than that intended
● Assembly not in accordance with the instructions attached to each product
● Failure to comply with the instructions for use and safety in the manual
● Lack of maintenance (for wooden parts, we advise you to apply a protective product)
● Stains of various origins (humidity, food, animals, unsuitable household products, etc.)
● More generally, a cause unrelated to the quality of the product (shocks, falls, scratches).
Not covered by the warranty:
● Shipping costs for defective parts,
● The travel of a technician,
● Labor, compensation in cash or in kind.
To process a warranty claim, we need:
● The product model concerned,
● The serial/batch number,
● Proof of purchase,
● A precise description of the problem encountered and possibly a photo.

Repairability
Cornilleau committed decades ago to the path of repairability, allowing each
user to obtain spare parts for at least 20 years after purchase, sometimes much longer. The goal is
clear: to offer users the possibility of enjoying the joys of the game sustainably and to be able to pass on the products
from generation to generation.

All our regulation-sized tables meet the European safety standard EN 14468.

Warranty against any deformation or peeling.
● Outdoor Rackets - 10-year warranty
● Accessories - 2-year warranty
2. Outdoor Billiards
● Outdoor Billiards - 5-year warranty
Warranty for the metal frame against corrosion (excluding color alteration), for the slate and frame against
deformation, for the textile, bed and cushions against peeling, for the rot-proof nature of the textile, and any deterioration of the
cloth in case of miscues.

The Cornilleau after-sales service, located at the headquarters in Bonneuil-les-Eaux (France), is composed of specialists who will answer your questions and advise you at: +33 (0)3 44 80 22 22 from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm
TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
Please send us a letter describing the defect found, specifying the complete reference and the serial number of the table (under the tabletop in the corner).
