8) Use of social networks

8.1 Facebook plugins with "double click"

Our website uses social plugins ("plugins") from the social network Facebook, operated by Facebook Inc, 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA ("Facebook").

In order to increase the protection of your data when visiting our website, the plugins on the web page are disabled by default and can be activated by a simple click through a so-called "double click" solution. When the plugins are disabled, they appear grayed out on our website. This integration process ensures that no direct and instant connection to Facebook servers is established when visiting a page of our website containing such plugins.

Indeed, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6, paragraph 1, point a) of the GDPR, it is only after consenting to the data transfer by activating the plugins that your browser can establish a direct connection to Facebook's servers. The content of the respective plugins is then directly transmitted to your browser and integrated into the website. This data (including your IP address) is then transmitted by the plugin to Facebook. However, please note that we have no control over the amount of data collected by Facebook using the plugins. To our knowledge, Facebook receives information about the websites you have visited or are currently visiting.

Through these plugins, Facebook is also informed that your browser has accessed our website even if you do not have a Facebook profile or are currently not logged in.

This information (including your IP address) is directly transmitted and stored on a Facebook server located in the United States.

When you interact with the plugins, the corresponding information is also transmitted by your browser to a Facebook server to be stored there. This information will also be published on Facebook and shared with your contacts.

Facebook Inc, based in the United States, participates in the EU-US Privacy Shield, which is intended to guarantee the protection of personal data transferred from a European Union member state to the United States.

The purpose and scope of data collection, of further processing and use of data by Facebook, as well as your rights and privacy settings options can be found in Facebook's data protection information:http://www.facebook.com/policy.php

8.2 Google+ Plugins with "double click"

Our website uses social plugins ("plugins") from the social network Google+, operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

To increase the protection of your data when visiting our website, the plugins on the web page are disabled by default and can be activated by a simple click through a so-called "double click" solution. When the plugins are disabled, they appear grayed out on our website. This integration process ensures that no direct and instant connection to Google+ servers is established when visiting a page of our website containing such plugins. Indeed, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6, paragraph 1, point a) of the GDPR, it is only after consenting to the data transfer by activating the plugins that your browser can establish a direct connection to Google+ servers. The content of the respective plugins is then directly transmitted to your browser and integrated into the website. This data (including your IP address) is then transmitted by the plugin to Google+. However, please note that we have no control over the amount of data collected by Google using the plugins. To our knowledge, Google+ receives information about the websites you have visited or are currently visiting. Through these plugins, Google is also informed that your browser has accessed our website even if you do not have a Google+ profile or are not yet logged in to Google. This information (including your IP address) is directly transmitted and stored on a Google server located in the United States. When you interact with the plugins, the corresponding information is also transmitted by your browser to a Google server to be stored there. This information will also be published on Google and shared with your contacts. Google LLC, based in the United States, participates in the EU-US Privacy Shield, which is intended to guarantee the protection of personal data transferred from a European Union member state to the United States. The purpose and scope of data collection, of further processing and use of data by Google, as well as your rights and privacy settings options can be found in Google's data protection information:www.google.com/policies/privacy/

8.3 Pinterest as Default Plugin

The seller's pages use so-called social plugins ("plugins") from the social network Pinterest, operated by Pinterest Inc, 808 Brannan Street, San Francisco, CA, 94103, USA ("Pinterest"). These plugins are indicated by the Pinterest logo "Pin it". An overview of the appearance of Pinterest social plugins can be found at the following link:https://developers.pinterest.com/docs/getting-started/introduction/When you access a page of our website containing such a plugin, a direct connection between your browser and the Pinterest servers is established. The plugin then transfers protocol data to the Pinterest server located in the United States. This information may include the IP address, the addresses of the websites visited that have Pinterest functionality, the type and settings of the browser, the date and time of the request, your use of Pinterest, and the corresponding cookies. If you interact using plugins, for example, by clicking on the "Pin it" button, the corresponding information is also directly transmitted by your browser to a Pinterest server to be stored. These pieces of information will also be published on Pinterest and displayed on your Pinterest account.

The processing of this personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 6, paragraph 1, point f) of the GDPR in Pinterest's legitimate interest in inserting personalized advertisements to inform other social network users about your activities on our website and to provide a service adapted to the needs of users.

If you do not wish Pinterest to instantly associate the data collected via our website with your Pinterest user data, we invite you to log out of Pinterest before visiting our site.

You can also prevent the loading of Pinterest plugins and thus oppose the aforementioned data processing using browser extensions such as the script blocker "NoScript" (http://noscript.net/).

Please refer to Pinterest's privacy policy to learn about the purpose and scope of data collection, processing, and use by Pinterest, as well as your rights and settings options to ensure the protection of your privacy: https://policy.pinterest.com/en/privacy-policy

9) Use of Videos

This website uses the YouTube embedding function to display and play videos from the provider "YouTube" which belongs to Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

The extended data protection mode is used here. According to the provider's statements, this mode does not initiate the storage of user information until the video(s) are played. If embedded YouTube videos are played, "YouTube" cookies are used by the provider to collect information about user behavior. According to "YouTube", these cookies are used, among other things, to collect video statistics, improve user-friendliness, and prevent abusive practices. If you are logged in to Google, your information will be associated with your account as soon as you click on a video. If you do not want YouTube to associate this information with your profile, we invite you to log out before activating video playback. Google records your data (even for users who are not logged in) as usage profiles and evaluates them.

This evaluation is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 6, paragraph 1, point f) of the GDPR based on Google's legitimate interests in inserting personalized advertisements, conducting market research, and/or designing its website to meet demand.

However, you can object to the creation of these user profiles by contacting YouTube.

Regardless of whether the embedded videos are played, simply visiting this website results in a connection to Google's "DoubleClick" network, which may trigger further data processing operations over which we have no influence.

Google LLC, based in the United States, participates in the EU-US Privacy Shield, which is intended to guarantee the protection of personal data transferred from a European Union member state to the United States.

For more information on "YouTube" data protection, please refer to the provider's data protection declaration at the following address:https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en

10) Digital Marketing

Our site uses the online advertising program "Google AdWords" and, in this context, Google LLC's conversion tracking, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

We use Google AdWords, including its advertising insertion techniques (Google AdWords) on third-party websites to draw attention to our offers. The data collected allows us to determine the success of our various advertising campaigns. We are committed to showing you only ads that are relevant to you, making our website more attractive to you, and obtaining a fair calculation of advertising costs.

The conversion tracking cookie is activated as soon as a user clicks on an AdWords ad displayed by Google. The cookies are small text files stored on your computer system. These cookies usually expire after 30 days and are not used for user identification purposes. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, we (as well as Google) will be able to determine that they clicked on the ad and were then redirected to the corresponding website. The cookies are different for each Google AdWords client and therefore cannot be tracked by websites of other AdWords clients. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords clients who have opted for conversion tracking. These clients thus receive the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were then redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that would allow precise identification of users.

If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can block this usage by disabling the Google conversion tracking cookie in your Internet browser user settings. You will then not be included in conversion tracking statistics.

We use Google AdWords in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, point f) of the GDPR, namely in our legitimate interest in targeted advertising.

Google LLC, based in the United States, participates in the EU-US Privacy Shield, which aims to guarantee the protection of personal data transferred from a European Union member state to the United States.

For more information on Google's privacy policy, please visit the website:https://policies.google.com/privacy?gl=it&hl=it&hl=fr

You can permanently disable advertising cookies by adjusting your Internet browser settings accordingly or by downloading the browser plugin available at the following link:

https://support.google.com/ads/answer/7395996?hl=fr

Please note that if you disable these cookies, some features of the website may be limited or unavailable.

11) Retargeting, Remarketing, and Advertising Recommendation

12.1 Bing Ads (Microsoft Corporation)

This website uses the conversion tracking technology "Bing Ads" from Microsoft (Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, United States).

If you access our website via a Microsoft Bing ad, a "Bing Ads" cookie is placed on your computer.

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer system. In principle, these cookies expire after 180 days and are not used to identify users.

If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, we (and Microsoft) will be able to determine that the user clicked on the advertisement and was then redirected to the corresponding website (conversion page).

Any data processing is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR in our legitimate interest in effective marketing.

The data collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics, i.e. to find out how many users access a conversion page after clicking on an advertisement. In this way, we can find out the total number of users who have been redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag after clicking on our ad. We do not, however, receive any personally identifying information.

Microsoft Corporation, which is headquartered in the United States, participates in the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, which is designed to ensure the protection of personal data that is transferred from a member state of the European Union to the United States.

If you do not wish to take part in tracking, you can block this use by deactivating the Bing Ads conversion tracking cookie in the user settings of your web browser. You will then not be included in conversion tracking statistics.

You can also use the deactivation page for EU consumers (http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choices/ )to check whether Microsoft advertising cookies are being used by your browser and, if so, deactivate them.

For more information on the Microsoft Bing Ads privacy policy, please visit the following site: https://privacy.microsoft.com/fr-FR

12.2 Google AdWords Remarketing

Our website uses Google AdWords Remarketing to display ads for this website in Google search results or on third-party websites. The provider is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

To this end, Google uses a cookie placed on the browser of your terminal which, thanks to an anonymous cookie identifier and on the basis of your previous searches, will be able to offer targeted advertising. The data is processed in accordance with the provisions of Article 6(1)(f) of the RGPD in our legitimate interest in the optimal marketing of our website.

This data may only be further processed in a more specific context if you have agreed with Google that your browsing history on the Internet and in Google applications may be linked to your Google Account and that the information in your Google Account may be used to personalise the advertisements you see on the Internet. In this case, if you are connected to Google when you visit our website, Google will use your data with that of Google Analytics to create and define a list of targets for cross-marketing. Google will thus temporarily cross-reference your personal data with Google Analytics data in order to form target groups.

You can permanently disable the use of advertising cookies by downloading the browser plugin available at the following link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/

You can also contact the Digital Advertising Alliance at www.aboutads.info to find out how to configure and use cookies.

Lastly, please note that you can configure your browser so that you are informed of the presence of cookies and can decide individually whether or not to accept them, either on a case-by-case basis or more generally. If cookies are not accepted, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Google LLC, based in the United States, participates in the EU-US Data Protection Shield (Privacy Shield), the purpose of which is to guarantee the protection of personal data transferred from a Member State of the European Union to the United States.

Users must, however, expressly consent to the use of this tool, which is designed to evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes and to optimize future advertising efforts.

The data collected is anonymous and gives us no indication of the identity of users.

However, this data is recorded and processed by Facebook and can therefore be linked to the corresponding user profile. In accordance with the data usage policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/), Facebook may also use this data for its own advertising purposes.

You may authorise Facebook and its partners to display advertisements on and outside Facebook. In this case, a cookie will be used on your computer. In accordance with the provisions of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, this type of data processing can only take place if you have given your express prior consent.

Consent to the use of the Facebook pixel can only be given by users over the age of 13. If you are younger, please ask your legal representative for permission.

Meta Inc, based in the United States, participates in the EU-US Data Protection Shield (Privacy Shield), the purpose of which is to guarantee the protection of personal data transferred from a member state of the European Union to the United States.
